Cheltenham Travel Festival brings together communities and citizens from across world. It aims to be a unifying movement to promote positive impact tourism. To that end, we ask that all participants, event suppliers and partners align with the ethos of what we are co-creating. All voices are welcome, and we expect partners and participants to embrace the rich vibrancy and diversity of the community, and ensure Cheltenham Travel Festival brings people together, emphasising humanity, equality, and inclusiveness.

Cheltenham Travel Festival will fully represent and promote the diversity of its community, through our exhibitors, event partners, and speakers at its events.

All Cheltenham Travel Festival participants, venue and event supplier partners, and speakers are expected not to knowingly use language which may be deemed to be discriminatory or offensive to any members and guests. All members and partners are expected to be tolerant of the beliefs of others and be sensitive to the influence of ethnic and cultural background, the needs of those with disabilities and issues related to gender, marital status, sexuality, socio-economic background and age.
